Aaron Rodgers, a League MVP and Super Bowl MVP, was selected in the second round of the Season 1 Inaugural Draft by the Kansas City Badgers (Pick 55). Over the course of 12 seasons, Rodgers played for the Kansas City Badgers (Seasons 1–9) and the New Jersey Wings (Seasons 10–12), solidifying his legacy as one of the most decorated and dominant quarterbacks in TFL history.

In Season 3, Rodgers delivered a career-defining campaign, winning League MVP, leading the Badgers to the Super Bowl III title, and earning Super Bowl MVP honors. That same year, he also claimed his only NFC Conference Championship. Known for his elite efficiency, poise in high-pressure moments, and deep ball precision, Rodgers was named to six Pro Bowls and three All-Pro teams during his career. He also won Quarterback of the Year three times and was named team Player of the Year seven times in Kansas City and twice in New Jersey.

Rodgers finished his career with 382 passing touchdowns and 6 rushing touchdowns, bringing his total to 388 touchdowns. That averages out to 32.3 touchdowns per season. He posted seven seasons with 30 or more touchdowns and one season with more than 40. He had 61 games with three or more touchdowns, including 18 with at least four, and two games with five touchdowns.

He led his teams to 11 seasons above .500, reached the playoffs 10 times, and won five division titles. He went 1–0 in NFC Championship Games and 1–0 in the Super Bowl. Rodgers was traded to the New Jersey Wings in Season 10, re-signing with them in Seasons 11 and 12 to close out his career with three more productive campaigns.
