Devin Duvernay, an electric and dependable return specialist and wide receiver, enjoyed a 16-season career in the TFL, playing for five teams: the San Francisco Earthquakes (Seasons 1–6), Indianapolis Cyclones (Seasons 7–10), Seattle Scorpions (Seasons 11–14), Detroit Phantoms (Season 15), and Chicago Bolts (Season 16). Known for his top-end speed and sure hands, Duvernay built a long and consistent career as a key contributor on offense and special teams.

He signed with the Earthquakes ahead of Season 1 and quickly made a name for himself as a return ace, later carving out a reliable role in the slot. After six seasons in San Francisco, he spent four impactful years with the Indianapolis Cyclones before joining the Seattle Scorpions for a solid four-year stint. He finished his career with one-year stops in Detroit and Chicago.

Duvernay totaled 40 career touchdowns—34 through the air, 5 on returns, and 1 on the ground—averaging 2.5 scores per season. While never a top receiving option, he had a knack for big plays and timely production.

A 4-time Pro Bowler and 4-time All-Pro (all as a return specialist), Duvernay’s career was marked by consistency and professionalism. He played on six teams that finished .500 or better, made five playoff appearances, captured five division titles, and reached the NFC Championship Game with the Scorpions in Season 11.
