Ezekiel Elliott, one of the most recognizable running backs of the early TFL era, put together a 15-season career across four franchises: the Dallas Warhawks (Seasons 1–9 and 15), New York Howlers (Season 10), Alabama Razorbacks (Seasons 11–13), & Louisiana Oxen (Season 14). He was a full-time starter during his nine-season stint in Dallas before transitioning into a more limited role after leaving the Warhawks.

Elliott was selected in the first round of the Season 1 Inaugural Draft by Dallas (Pick 19), where he became a key offensive focal point. He earned two Pro Bowl selections and helped power multiple playoff runs during his early years. From Season 1 through Season 9, he was one of the most consistent touchdown producers in the league.

After leaving Dallas following Season 9, Elliott never fully regained a starting role. He split backfield duties with the Howlers, Razorbacks, and Oxen from Seasons 10 through 14, before returning to the Warhawks in Season 15 as a veteran backup presence. Despite a reduced workload in his later seasons, he still managed to remain productive and contribute to postseason runs.

Throughout his career, Elliott totaled 111 touchdowns (105 rushing, 6 receiving), averaging 7.4 touchdowns per season. He had five seasons with 10 or more touchdowns, one season with over 15, and 10 games with 2 or more scores, including a single game where he reached the end zone three times.

Elliott experienced success both individually and as a team contributor, finishing with 13 winning seasons and 11 playoff appearances, along with 5 division titles. His career longevity and adaptability cemented him as one of the most dependable backs of the TFL's first 15 seasons.
