Jamal Agnew played seven TFL seasons, beginning with the St. Louis Rebels in Season 6 before returning to the league with the Carolina Claws from Seasons 10–15. He spent the majority of his career in Carolina, giving him a six-season run with the franchise after his initial one-year stint in St. Louis.

Agnew earned 1 Pro Bowl and 1 All-Pro selection during his career. His résumé is fairly concentrated, with both honors representing his peak recognition despite playing seven total seasons.

Statistically, Agnew recorded 10 career touchdowns, all of which came as receiving touchdowns. That works out to 1.4 touchdowns per season. Despite being listed as a wide receiver/return specialist, he did not record a return touchdown during his TFL career.

Agnew experienced consistent team success, finishing .500 or better in five of his seven seasons and reaching the playoffs five times. He also won one division title, although none of his teams advanced to a conference championship game or Super Bowl.
