Julio Jones, a gifted and physically dominant wide receiver, enjoyed a 10-season TFL career playing for five teams: the Detroit Phantoms (Seasons 1–3), Pittsburgh Ironmen (Seasons 4–5), Los Angeles Stars (Seasons 6–7), New York Howlers (Seasons 8–9), and Boston Bones (Season 10). Jones began his career as one of the league’s premier targets and ended it as a respected veteran depth piece.

Jones was selected in the Season 1 Inaugural Draft by the Detroit Phantoms with the 18th overall pick in the 1st round. Paired early with quarterback Drew Lock, he quickly became one of the most dangerous downfield threats in the league. After three highly productive seasons in Detroit, Jones signed with the Pittsburgh Ironmen in Season 4 and re-signed in Season 5 before continuing his journey with three more franchises over his final five years.

He tallied 58 career receiving touchdowns and averaged 5.8 touchdowns per season. Jones had one season with 10+ touchdowns and five career games with multiple touchdown catches. His production gradually tapered off starting in Season 6, and by Season 9, he had become more of a rotational receiver and depth option rather than a go-to playmaker.

Still, Jones found consistent homes on playoff-caliber teams. Over his career, he played on 4 teams that finished .500 or better, made 4 playoff appearances, and helped secure 3 division titles. He also earned a Pro Bowl and All-Pro selection in his prime.
