Mitch Morse spent 16 seasons in the TFL as a steady and dependable center whose longevity and leadership left a mark on every team he joined. He started his career with the Boston Bones (Seasons 1–5), helping solidify the offensive line during the team’s early years. He then made stops with the Utah Craters, San Francisco Earthquakes, and Dallas Warhawks, where he served as a veteran presence in the trenches.

His career truly peaked after being drafted by the Anchorage Avalanche in the Season 10 Expansion Draft. Morse became a foundational piece for the Avalanche, spending the final seven seasons of his career there. It was in Anchorage that he earned his first and only Pro Bowl and All-Pro nods, becoming a leader for one of the league’s rising franchises.

Throughout his long journey, Morse was respected for his toughness, consistency, and ability to adapt. He helped guide his teams to six playoff appearances and nine winning seasons, earning a reputation as one of the most durable and trusted centers of his era.
