Teddy Bridgewater, a steady and reliable quarterback across 12 TFL seasons, played for the New York Howlers (Seasons 1–7), Atlanta Pumas (Seasons 8–10), and Philadelphia Generals (Seasons 11–12). Signed by the Howlers in Season 1, Bridgewater quickly became the face of the franchise throughout the league’s formative years.

He earned two Pro Bowl selections and was named New York Howlers Player of the Year three times. In Season 2, he helped lead the Howlers to the AFC Championship Game and continued to be a consistent playoff contender throughout his time in New York.
